Generation Z is a generation that has enjoyed technology and information facilities since birth. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The literature study approach emphasizes data collection by carrying out a review study of books, literature, records, and reports that have a correlation with the problem being solved. Data collection obtained various references, articles, scientific journals, and research results. This design was carried out as an effort to provide an overview and formulation of a healthy way of life that is suitable for the characteristics of this generation. Based on the results of the literature study, it can be concluded that generation Z uses technology, there is a tendency to avoid struggles in their real life and to find comfort (mingling) by running away to fill time and emotional emptiness. It's not just stress, another result of Generation Z's familiarity with technology is psychological disturbance. One of the most effective and easy effort to overcome depression is by self-healing in a number of simple ways, one of which is yoga. Generation Z choose yoga to make themselves feel more relaxed and calmer and is their attempt at self-healing. They can easily get these yoga movements through social media such as Youtube. The benefits of yoga movements that are commonly applied by youth of generation Z which they get from YouTube include the following: Generation Z teenagers feel that they move agilely. When doing yoga, the muscles in the body are stimulated both for contraction and relaxation in a balanced way, posture is stronger, breathing is smoother. good for heart health, reducing stress and being relaxed, of course, will make the mind calmer
