Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada Siswa Kelas III di SD Negeri 4 Bebandem Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Hindu Religious Education through the implementation of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning method for third-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Bebandem. Based on initial observations, the students' learning outcomes were below the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) with an average score of 65.00 and a mastery level of only 30.77%. The low learning outcomes were attributed to teacher-centered teaching methods that lacked active student involvement. This study employed a Classroom Action Research method consisting of several cyclical stages, including planning, action, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle, there was an improvement in learning outcomes, with an average score of 67.31 and a mastery level of 46.15%. However, some students still had not reached the KKM. In the second cycle, after improving the learning strategies, learning outcomes increased significantly, with an average score of 81.92 and a mastery level of 100%. The results of this study show that the implementation of the STAD cooperative learning method significantly improved student learning outcomes. This method also encouraged active student participation in the learning process, which made them more motivated and better able to understand the lesson material. The study concludes that the STAD cooperative learning method is highly effective in improving student learning outcomes, particularly in Hindu Religious Education. These results provide a recommendation for the adoption of this method in other schools to achieve more optimal learning outcomes
