Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of holiday experiences on tourists' impressions of participating in the Sahabat Ratu Tour tour package.  The holiday experience is examined through five dimensions based on Rageh's (2013) theory: comfort, hedonic, safety, recognition, and relational.  This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling and included 95 participants from the Sahabat Ratu Tour open trip. The study instrument was examined for validity and reliability, and all claims were found to be valid and reliable.  The basic linear regression test indicates a substantial impact of vacation experience on tourist impressions, with a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.731.  This suggests that 73.1% of tourist perceptions can be attributed to their vacation experience. The findings of this study show that the more positive tourists' experiences during their trip, the higher their assessment of Sahabat Ratu Tour's service quality.
