PERAN SUBAK PUCAK LANDEP DALAM PENGEMBANGAN AGROWISATA DI DESA PANJI ANOM KECAMATAN SUKASADA KABUPATEN BULELENG
Abstract
This study examines the role of Subak Pucak Landep in the development of agrotourism in Panji Anom Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The research aims to identify the contributions of Subak Pucak Landep as a supporter of agrotourism, analyze the constraints faced, and evaluate the implications of strategies implemented to overcome these challenges. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, using Role Theory, Theory of Constraints, and Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Theory as analytical frameworks. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies, with informants selected via purposive sampling. The results indicate that Subak Pucak Landep plays a significant role in supporting agrotourism activities, including maintaining rice fields and gardens as tourist attractions, managing trekking routes, and participating in environmental conservation. However, challenges such as limited positive responses from the community and Subak members were identified. Socialization and training programs by tourism stakeholders have gradually improved community engagement and support for agrotourism development. The findings highlight the importance of Subak Pucak Landep in sustainable agrotourism development and provide insights for enhancing community participation and institutional collaboration in similar contexts.
