The embodiment of healthy character aspects can be implemented in Yoga training for the PKK (Family Welfare Guidance) mothers in Nagasepaha Village, Buleleng. Yoga training is a practical aspect to build the mindset and conception of a child's resilience in an effort to develop themselves to be healthy, guided by socio-cultural values, and with healthy implications in various aspects of life, such as responsibility, learning ethos, work ethic, and so on. This community service activity uses a participatory approach, where the PKK (Family Welfare Guidance) mothers of Nagasepaha Village are actively involved in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The activity carried out in this community service involved yoga training attended by 25 people. The yoga training for the PKK (Family Welfare Guidance) mothers in Nagasepaha Village, Buleleng, as a strategy to strengthen the role of mothers in children's education through holistic health, was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result obtained from this service is that the yoga training was conducted smoothly and received a positive response from the PKK (Family Welfare Guidance) mothers in Nagasepaha Village. The number of participants in this activity, totaling 25 people, exhibited a high level of active participation from the educational session to the yoga practice. The participants showed great enthusiasm in following each session, especially when they were introduced to the benefits of yoga in maintaining physical and mental balance. In the educational session, the mothers appeared open to discussing and sharing their experiences regarding the challenges they face in raising children and managing stress as housewives.
