Abstract

This training aims to improve the competence of Cultural Arts and Crafts teachers in Gugus 1 Buleleng sub-district in implementing innovative learning models. With 30 teachers participating, the training is planned for February 10, 2024 to provide knowledge and skills on project-based, collaborative and interactive technology learning models. The methods used include theory, simulation, and mentoring. It is expected that after the training, there will be a 60% increase in teachers' understanding in applying new methods and improving the quality of learning and student interaction in the classroom. Previous research has shown that innovative methods like this can increase student participation by up to 50% and strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The main challenges in implementing this program include limited technological facilities and time constraints in adjusting the curriculum. This training is an important step in supporting teachers to create more dynamic and relevant learning.
