DETERMINASI KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN SIKAP SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SLB NEGERI 2 BULELENG

The purpose of this study was to find out how professional competence, motivation to work, and spiritual attitude affect teacher performance in SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng. The study is classified as ex-post facto research. The study involved 30 teachers. In this study, the entire study population was used as respondents. To analyze the data, moment product analysis, multiple regression, and partial correlation are used.
The results showed that: (1) professional competence was detected significantly on teacher performance in SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng through the pearson correlation equation of 0.774 with determination of 0.008 and effective contribution of 0.62%;(2) work motivation was detected significantly on teacher performance at SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng through the pearson correlation equation of 0.866 with determination of 0.478 and effective contribution of 0.62%. (3) there is a significant determination of spiritual attitudes towards teacher performance in SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng through a pearson correlation of 0.829 with a determination of 0.457 and an effective contribution of 31.58%.(4) there is a significant determination of professional competence, work motivation, and spiritual attitude towards teacher performance in SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng through a multiple regression equation of 0.389 with a coefficient of determination together of 80.3%.
