This article aims to describe the governance portrait of Hindu Early Childhood
Education Pratama Widyalaya Rare Semesta, Besakih Village, Karangasem - Bali. The
research method used is descriptive qualitative based on literature review and analysis
relevant to the governance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in the current era. Pratama
Widyalaya Rare Semesta is a school at the PAUD level with the distinctiveness of Hinduism.
The results obtained indicate that aspects of governance include governance of the level of
achievement of child development, governance of content standards, governance of process
standards, governance of assessments, governance of educators and education personnel,
operational governance, governance of facilities and infrastructure, and governance of
financing. In general, Pratama Widyalaya Rare Semesta has adopted all provisions related to
the implementation of quality PAUD through adjustments to the regulations of the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In order
to optimize the quality of learning, excellent governance needs to be implemented. The creative
and innovative steps implemented by Pratama Widyalaya Rare Semesta are evident in the
inclusion of local wisdom orientation Tri Hita Karana as a means of strengthening character,
as well as the use of the latest technology in learning to attract attention.
