Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study explores the application of educational psychology to address learning burnout among Indonesian students. The research aims to identify burnout causes, develop a psychology-based intervention model, and evaluate its effectiveness. Using qualitative library research, data were analyzed from academic journals, books, and policy documents.

Findings indicate that learning burnout arises from rigid teaching methods, excessive academic pressure, and unmet psychological needs. The proposed solution combines student-centered learning, metacognitive strategies, and emotional support to create a more engaging learning environment. This approach significantly reduces burnout symptoms while improving learning outcomes.

The study provides a practical framework for educators to enhance student well-being and academic performance through psychological principles.
