Authors who publish with Pariksa: Jurnal Hukum Agama Hindu agree to the following terms:

Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant Pariksa: Jurnal Hukum Agama Hindu the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the initial publication in Pariksa: Jurnal Hukum Agama Hindu is acknowledged.
