Regional culture is local values that are cultivated by the people of a region (in Balinese it is known as karma), the culture owned by the community is different from the culture owned by the community in another place or region. This culture grows and develops over time and its existence is recognized and owned by the local community. The next generation of the nation must be able to maintain and preserve the culture they have, if they are unable to preserve it, the regional culture can become extinct. On the other hand, the echo of preserving Balinese culture can be done through the simplest scope, namely krama adat. Krama adat are Balinese people who are registered as members of a traditional village. This study was conducted by collecting data through documentation, interview and observation techniques. The results of the study showed that there was support from actors, both the village government and traditional administrators, for efforts to empower krama and preserve Balinese culture, as well as the awareness of krama in participating in cultural activities
