EKSISTENSI DESA BALI AGA PASCA DITERBITKAN PERATURAN DAERAH PROVINSI BALI NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG DESA ADAT

The Bali Provincial Government issued the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages in Bali. Traditional village as a unit of customary law community based on the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana which is rooted in local wisdom of Sad Kerthi, inspired by Hindu religious teachings and cultural values and local wisdom that lives in Bali, has a very large role in the development of society, nation and state. so that it needs to be protected, nurtured, developed and empowered in order to realize the life of Balinese Krama which is politically sovereign, economically independent, and has a personality in culture. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine the regulation of traditional villages in the Bali provincial regulation number 4 of 2019 concerning traditional villages, and to examine the existence of the village of Bali aga tenganan pegeringsingan after the enactment of the Bali provincial regulation number 4 of 2019 concerning traditional villages. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining the informants using a purposive sampling technique. The steps of data collection by researchers with various actions such as intensive data mining, data categorization, data compilation. Tenganan Pegringsingan has a unique and different governance system from other traditional villages in Bali, as well as the different patterns of community life, with a rigid and special customary system. Traditional Villages in Bali as legal subjects in the Bali Provincial government system domiciled in the Province of Bali, have several main elements, including Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan which are the embodiment of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. This Tri Hita Karana philosophy is the basis for the philosophy of Balinese life which teaches about (1) a sense of devotion to God; (2) the value of togetherness, concern, and solidarity among others; and (3) harmony, harmony and compassion for nature and the environment.
