PELATIHAN PROKANTOR DAN PANDUAN MUSIK: MENGIRINGI NYANYIAN JEMAAT GMIT NAIT OENESU KUPANG BARAT

Abstract

This community service aims to improve musical skills among the prokantor and members of the GMIT Nait Oenesu Congregation, West Kupang Classis. The training provided includes vocal techniques, harmony, and the use of musical instruments, as well as providing clear musical guidance to facilitate congregational singing accompaniment. Through this program, it is hoped that the quality of song accompaniment in worship can be improved, so that the worship experience becomes more meaningful and solemn. In addition to technical aspects, this training also emphasizes the importance of teamwork, synergy between members, and adaptation to the development of modern music. The results of the training showed an increase in participant confidence, active participation of the congregation, and strengthening of the church's musical identity. Thus, this training not only provides practical skills, but also strengthens the faith community at GMIT Nait Oenesu, as well as being a model for other churches in developing quality music services.
