Pelatihan SDM Pasraman Hindu untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran di Pasraman Tri Murti Malang Jawa Timur

Abstract

Human Resource training in Hindu Pasraman is a crucial step in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of learning, particularly in developing the competencies of educators and Pasraman administrators. This study focuses on Human Resource training at Pasraman Tri Murti, Malang, East Java, with the aim of evaluating its impact on improving learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and document study techniques. The results show that structured and continuous Human Resource training has a positive impact on improving educators' abilities to deliver teaching materials, integrate Hindu values with modern teaching methods, and increase student learning motivation. Additionally, the training fosters a conducive, participatory learning environment rooted in spiritual values. Therefore, Human Resource training in Hindu Pasraman plays a strategic role in building more effective and relevant Hindu education to meet contemporary needs
