PERAN ETIKA DALAM PERUMUSAN KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK

Abstract

Ethics is needed in an effort to formulate all matters related to public policy. In this sense, to formulate a public policy, it is necessary to provide ethical treasures so that what is agreed upon can become a benchmark in life together. Ethics is currently seen as important to be a force in collective life. It is also possible that ethics is a science that is oriented towards how our behavior patterns in a life with others. This research will focus on examining the extent to which ethics plays a role in the formulation of a public policy. In examining this, the author departs from an initial concept of the importance of ethics in public policy, then moves on to the stages that need to be taken in the formulation of public policy, then describes what public policy is like. Finally, the conclusion that can be a recommendation from the writing in this research is to put the position of ethics as an important element in a group.
