Abstract

The state has an important role in regulating and controlling state finances. This article will examine the state financial control system in the Arthasastra study, which aims to develop existing concepts and combine them with modern economic theory. The research results show that the state financial control system in the Arthasastra study has relevance to modern economic theory. One of the policies taken in controlling state finances is controlling fair tax collection, currency control, currency printing, inflation control, income diversification.
