This research aims to build the entrepreneurial spirit of elementary school students through market day activities. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The research method used is literature study. This is done by looking for relevant reference sources, whether from previous articles, books or other sources. The research results show that, (1) Implementation of market day activities in elementary schools can be carried out in 3 stages, namely activity planning, activity implementation, and activity evaluation. The planning for this market day activity has been stated in the RPPH because this activity is the culmination of a certain theme, the themes that allow for market day activities include the themes of plants, professions, needs. This activity was carried out by dividing classes 4, 5 and 6 into 2 groups as sellers, so that there were 6 stalls. Meanwhile, students in grades 1, 2 and 3, as well as their parents, are the buyers. Evaluation of activities is carried out by teachers making direct observations of changes in children's behavior, interviews with students' parents, and analyzing student development records; (2) Market day activities can instill an entrepreneurial spirit with 8 values, namely self-confidence, courage to take risks, leadership. creative and innovative, cooperation, responsibility, honesty, hard work and perseverance
