PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PELESTARIAN BUDAYA KUDA KEPANG SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK WISATA

Abstract

Cultural tourism is a tourist activity that aims to learn and understand a culture that exists in an area. The Kuda Kepang Dance culture in Kedung Krambil village is a potential that can be explored and developed by the community as a tourist attraction. The importance of this article is as a form of analysis of the cultural tourism potential that exists in Kedung Krambil village and how to invite the community to participate in preserving the Kuda Kepang Dance culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation and in-depth interviews. This research also explains what the 4A elements are in the Kedung Krambil village as an effort to make the Kuda Kepang Dance a cultural tourism. One of the ways New Puto Baskoro uses to attract people to preserve the Kuda Kepang culture is by holding training for the community and also promoting it via social media. The results of this research explain the potential for cultural tourism in Kedung Krambil Village and the shortcomings of Kedung Krambil Village as a tourist attraction.
