IMPLEMENTASI AJARAN DHARMA DALAM SISTEM EKONOMI PANCASILA

This research discusses the implementation of Dharma teachings in the Pancasila economic system as an effort to build an ethical, fair and sustainable economic order. Dharma, as a moral guide in the Hindu tradition, offers values such as honesty (satya), non-harm (ahimsa), and social responsibility (dana), which are in line with the principles of social justice and kinship in the Pancasila economic system. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods to explore the synergy between Dharma teachings and the principles of Pancasila, especially in managing an economy based on social justice for all Indonesian people. The results of the research show that Dharma teachings can provide an ethical basis for economic actors in implementing business practices that are transparent, have integrity and are oriented towards community welfare. Apart from that, this teaching also supports environmental sustainability through wise management of natural resources. In the context of the Pancasila economic system, the implementation of Dharma values is able to strengthen the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation as the main characteristics of the Indonesian economic system. This research recommends integrating Dharma and Pancasila values education in the education and training curriculum to increase collective awareness about social responsibility in economic activity. In this way, these moral values can serve as guidelines for realizing an inclusive, just and sustainable economy in line with the nation's ideals.
