PENGELOLAAN PASRAMAN SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DI BIDANG PENDIDIKAN UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN SISWA YANG CERDAS DAN BERKARAKTER

Pasraman is a Hindu religious education institution that can be in the form of formal education and non-formal education. In order for the existence of pasraman to have significant benefits in people's lives, an exploratory study is needed to describe the management of pasraman, both in terms of: (i) planning; (ii) organizing; (iii) implementation; and (iv) control. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature review to compare, connect, and synthesize in order to obtain a conceptual framework on pasraman management as the implementation of educational entrepreneurship to create intelligent and cultured students. The results of this literature review, namely: (i) pasraman planning as the implementation of educational entrepreneurship to realize intelligent and character students carried out by (a) setting the vision, mission, and goals of pasraman; (b) promotion strategy; (c) recruitment of tutors according to established procedures; (d) finding sources of funds for investment, services, and operations; (e) curriculum preparation; and (f) provision of facilities and infrastructure. (ii) Pasraman organization as the implementation of educational entrepreneurship to create intelligent and characterized students is carried out through four organizational parts, namely work, employees, relationships, and environment. (iii) The implementation of pasraman as the implementation of educational entrepreneurship to create intelligent and characterized students is carried out by building branding that can characterize the learning process obtained by students which refers to the general curriculum and Hindu religious education curriculum as well as entrepreneurship based on local wisdom. (iv) Pasraman control as the implementation of educational entrepreneurship to create intelligent and characterized students is based on: (a) the development of the level of knowledge and character of students; (b) implementation of the learning process; and (c) outcomes obtained by students through competitions in academic and non-academic fields.
