Abstract

One form of marketing mix application that is able to support product marketing to create customer satisfaction is the use of the 9P marketing mix, including product, prices, promotion, place/distribution, people, process, physical evidence, packaging and public relation. By implementing an accurate marketing mix application through taking advantage of opportunities to increase sales, the company’s position or position in the market can be improved or maintained. This study aims This research aims to see the development of the Mie Gacoan Singaraja business using the marketing mix (9P) concept. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, researchers conducted observations, interviews and collected documentation regarding Mie Gacoan Singaraja. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix application carried out by Mie Gacoan Singaraja to increase sales is to carry out its marketing activities is very good so that it is able to become the best spicy noodle restaurant in the city of Singaraja.
