PEMUJAAN DEWA TAKSU SULENDANG LATRIMIN PADA PALINGGIH MOBIL TENTARA DI PURA MANGENING DESA ADAT SANGKET KECAMATAN SUKASADA-BULELENG

Abstract

The symbols in Hinduism are closely related and cannot be separatedfromthe teachings of God. The symbols in Hinduism will function by purificationceremony (sacralization). Palinggih is one of the symbols in Hinduism, namely thesymbol of God's sthana. There is one very unique palinggih, namely the army carpalinggih, research was carried out to examine the worship of the Dewa TaksuSulendang Latrimin on the army car palinggih at Mangening Temple, Sangket Traditional Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This researchusesqualitative research with a theological approach. Data collection was carriedout through interviews, observation and documentation. and use interactive dataanalysis. The results of this research found that the worship of the Dewa TaksuSulendang Latrimin on the army car at Mangening Temple, in Sangket traditional village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency is carried out regularly at everyodalan Purnama Kadasa the people of Sangket Traditional Village themselves havehigh confidence in carrying out the worship with various of erings and the facilitiesneeded. The community believes that Dewa Taksu Sulendang Latriminis aguardian who can provide health and safety to the entire community so that theSangket Traditional Village is always safe, peaceful and prosperous.
