Prestasi Akademik Siswa: Analisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual, Emosional Dan Spiritual

Prestasi akademik menjadi suatu hal yang secara khusus diperhatikan oleh berbagai lembaga pendidikan. Ini dapat berakibat buruk bagi lembaga pendidikan yang tidak sukses memberikan prestasi akademik pada siswa. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual agar dapat menciptakan peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa. Penulisan studi ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 102 siswa dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus isaac dan michael melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diambil dari populasi yaitu seluruh siswa MTs Miftahul Ulum Jetis Mojokerto. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan sebuah teknik yakni penyebaran angket berbentuk kuesioner terhadap siswa, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa dari data yang digunakan adalah aplikasi SPSS versi 29 dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menujukan hasil dari kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual memiliki pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi akademik.
