PENGARUH ATRAKSI WISATA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG DI KAMPUNG BATIK CIBULUH KOTA BOGOR

The development of creative tourism has encouraged destinations to provide attractions that not only attract visitors but also create memorable experiences. Kampung Batik Cibuluh in Bogor City is a creative tourism destination that offers batik-making activities as its main attraction, making it important to examine the influence of tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction at Kampung Batik Cibuluh, Bogor City. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed. The study involved 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing revealed that tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a t-value of 32.007 and a significance level of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.913 indicates that 91.3% of the variation in visitor satisfaction can be explained by tourist attractions, while the remaining 8.7% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings demonstrate that unique and attractive tourist attractions supported by adequate facilities play an important role in enhancing visitor satisfaction. Therefore, the management of Kampung Batik Cibuluh should continuously improve the quality of its tourist attractions to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of this culture-based creative tourism destination.
