Harmoni Dalam Pertumbuhan Integrasi Nilai Tri Hita Karana Pada Yoga Asana Dalam Pembentukan Karakter Siswa

This research aims to describe yoga asana activities that integrate Tri Hita Karana values in the formation of student character. This research is a qualitative descriptive study involving students who take part in yoga asana training at Raj Yamuna Middle School, Denpasar. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and literature review. Data analysis uses content analysis of the stages of yoga asana taught to students. The research results show that (1) there are three stages of yoga asana taught to students, namely: (1) stretching asana, (2) core asana and movement variations, (3) cooling asana, which begins and ends with prayer; (2) there is an integration of Tri Hita Karana values in yoga asana in the formation of student character. In the parahyangan aspect, yoga asana can increase religious character. Then in the pawongan aspect, yoga asana can improve the character of respect, curiosity, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence and responsibility. Meanwhile, in the palemahan aspect, yoga asana instills the character value of caring for the environment.
