PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA MULTITASKING DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL BERBINTANG DARI ARTOTEL GROUP

This study examines the influence of multitasking work culture and leadership style on employee satisfaction and loyalty at ARTOTEL Group. A quantitative survey was conducted with 170 employees as respondents, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct and indirect hypotheses. The results show that multitasking work culture does not significantly affect employee satisfaction or loyalty, either directly or through job satisfaction. In contrast, leadership style has a significant positive effect on both satisfaction and loyalty, with job satisfaction mediating the relationship between leadership style and loyalty. These findings indicate that effective leadership is crucial for enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering loyalty, whereas multitasking work culture alone is insufficient. This study provides practical implications for hotel management to prioritize leadership development to strengthen employee engagement and organizational commitment.
