The Buleleng Regency Environmental Service is a government agency tasked with preserving the environment in Buleleng Regency. The program that has been running since 2020 until now is ecoenzyme, but there are still villages or places that have failed, one of which is Celukanbawang Village. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze communication patterns in educating the community, especially Celukanbawang Village, regarding ecoenzyme-based waste management. Based on the background above, there are three problems that will be discussed in this study, namely: (1). What is the pattern of public communication carried out by the Buleleng Regency Environmental Service regarding the provision of education on Ecoenzyme-based waste processing? (2) What is the impact and (3) what are the challenges faced by the Extension Workers. This research is qualitative, to conduct analysis using three theories, namely diffusion of innovation theory, behaviorism communication theory and social cognitive theory. The data collection method used is the interview method as the main method, observation method, and documentation method, as well as other methods as supporting methods in this study. This study shows that the public communication pattern carried out by the Buleleng Regency Environmental Service regarding ecoenzyme-based waste management education is carried out with primary and secondary patterns, the Environmental Service can determine regional development efforts, by knowing the right public communication pattern in ecoenzyme-based waste management training in Buleleng Regency. However, the passive impact in Celukabawang Village resulted in failure. The extension workers were able to overcome all the challenges that occurred and carry out program renewal.
