Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation Berbasis Lingkungan Sekitar terhadap Literasi Sains Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS di SD Negeri Tulangampiang Kota Denpasar

This study aims to: 1) describe the syntax of the environment-based group investigation learning model that influences students' scientific literacy, 2) determine the effect of applying the environment-based group investigation learning model to students' scientific literacy. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The research sample was determined by simple random sampling technique in order to obtain VA class as the experimental group and VB class as the control group. Methods of data collection using observation and test methods. Research data analysis method with t-test (independent sample t-test) assisted by SPSS 26 for Windows software. The results showed that 1) the syntax of the environment-based group investigation learning model helped students become more active and able to think critically in science learning. 2) The results of the t-test analysis obtained a significance value of 0.037 <0.05, and the value of t(count) = 2.124 > t_table = 2.023, which indicates that the use of the environment-based group investigation learning model has a significant influence on students' science literacy on elementary natural science subjects.
