Efektivitas Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) Berbantuan Media Powerpoint dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran IPA di Kelas V SD

The level of creative thinking abilities of students in Indonesia is still relatively low. This condition shows that it is necessary to use appropriate learning models so that learning outcomes can be said to be complete and effective. The learning model is a project based learning model. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the project based learning model assisted by PowerPoint media in improving students' creative thinking abilities in science learning in class V elementary school. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi experimental method. The design of this study was a nonequivalent control group design. The population used was all fifth grade elementary school students in the Muara Ciujung Barat sub-district. The samples in this study were students in classes VA and VB at SDN 1 Muara Ciujung Barat, each numbering 30 students, with sample determination using a cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was a test instrument in the form of an essay consisting of 10 questions. The data analysis technique in this research is to use a parametric analysis test using the t test. Based on the results of calculations using the independent t-test and paired t-test, the Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05, which shows that there is an increase in students' creative thinking abilities in science learning. This is also reinforced by the results of the N-Gain test in the experimental class which shows an average N-Gain value of 56%, which means it is included in the medium category. In other words, the results of this research show that the project based learning model in the experimental class is effective in improving students' creative thinking abilities.
