Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair And Share Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Agung Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education for class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Agung. Most students have not achieved minimum completeness in Hindu religious education lessons. think pair and share type cooperative learning. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which was carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects in this research were 20 students in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Agung for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data analysis in this research used quantitative descriptive. The results of the research showed that student learning outcomes in cycle I had an average score of learning outcomes in the low category.  The average student learning achievement score in cycle I was 76.00 with classical completeness of 70%, absorption capacity of 76.00%. Then in cycle II there was an increase, the average learning achievement became 81.75, classical completeness became 95% and absorption capacity became 81.75%. And the results of the analysis of learning outcomes for cycles I and II experienced an increase in the average value of learning achievement by 5.75, classical completeness by 25%, absorption capacity by 5.75% with the implementation of think pair and share type cooperative learning. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of think pair and share type cooperative learning can improve learning achievement in Hindu Religious Education. Suggestions are made to related parties as follows (1) Hindu Religious Education Teachers should try to implement think pair and share type cooperative learning (2) Other researchers are expected to conduct further research related to the application of innovative learning models.
