Abstract

Hindu philosophy is a belief system, philosophy, and worldview originating in ancient India. At its core, Hindu philosophy encompasses a set of beliefs, values, and teachings that form the spiritual and moral foundation for Hindus. The research approach is qualitative. This research uses a library study method by collecting data from literary sources, reading, recording and processing research material. The use of Yoga and Ayurveda is still very relevant and even increasingly important in everyday life to maintain health and well-being. Yoga, with its focus on physical movement, meditation, and breathing, provides a way to deal with stress, improve emotional balance, and strengthen the body in the midst of a busy routine. On the other hand, Ayurveda provides a natural and holistic approach to health through a healthy diet, herbal concoctions, and other natural treatments, which is increasingly relevant in facing modern health challenges such as unhealthy diets and exposure to environmental toxins.
