ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study are (1) to find out why strategy is needed in developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt. (2) to describe how the strategy in growing and developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt. (3) to find out how the impact is in developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt. The theories used in this study are motivation theory, economic theory and structural functional theory. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are as follows: (1) The main reason that underlies the importance of strategy in developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt is (a) exploring the potential of students in entrepreneurship and applying positive character. (b) preparing students to face the world of work and providing opportunities to determine their own destiny. (c) Helping the Government program prepare the young generation as globally competitive entrepreneurs. (2) The strategy implemented by SMK Negeri 2 Seririt in developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana includes several main approaches. (a) the arrangement of the school atmosphere is carried out to create an environment that supports the development of entrepreneurial character through the Entrepreneurial Printing School Program (SPW). (b) the integration of Tri Hita Karana values in each subject (c) establishing cooperation with the business world and industry. (3) The impact in developing entrepreneurial character based on Tri Hita Karana at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt is as follows: (a) Balanced development of student character. (b) A productive and harmonious school environment.(c) Improvement of social and economic welfare of the community. The application of the Tri Hita Karana principle in entrepreneurship learning in schools has a significant positive impact on the social and economic welfare of the surrounding community.
