Abstract

The method used in this research is literature study (literature review). A literature review is a reading or basis that can be used as a reference in writing relevant scientific work on a particular topic. Literature review is an important tool as a context review. Because literature is very useful and very helpful in giving context and meaning in the writing that is being done. The term Everyone Is A Teacher Here means that everyone is a teacher. So, Everyone Is A Teacher Here is a strategy that provides an opportunity for each student to act as an educator towards other friends. motivation to learn will ensure the continuity of learning activities and which gives direction to learning activities, so that the goals desired by the learning subject can be achieved.
