The Everyone Is a Teacher Here Learning Model is a learning model that works by involving all students to become a teacher/educator, in this way students will be more motivated, because they are felt to be quite helpful in mental formation, courage, and sharpening the brain to think. so that learning remains conducive to various learning styles so that it does not seem monotonous and is able to improve student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is literature study (literature review). A literature review is a reading or basis that can be used as a reference in writing relevant scientific work on a particular topic. Literature review is an important tool as a context review. Because literature is very useful and very helpful in giving context and meaning in the writing that is being done. The term Everyone Is A Teacher Here means that everyone is a teacher. So, Everyone Is A Teacher Here is a strategy that provides an opportunity for each student to act as an educator towards other friends. motivation to learn will ensure the continuity of learning activities and which gives direction to learning activities, so that the goals desired by the learning subject can be achieved. Educators can act as facilitators in the learning process by paying attention to and guiding students in the application of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning model. . This is intended so that the learning process gives an impression that is not monotonous or dominates educators in learning activities. In the learning process educators must provide support to appear brave to act like a teacher in front of their friends.
