Penerapan Kepemimpinan Hindu Pada Pimpinan Adat Dalam Mengelola Wisata Spiritual Di Pure Bale Agung Desa Les

Abstract

In Balinese culture, Hindu leadership is known as the teachings or concept of Asta Brata. Asta Brata is an example of Hindu leadership found in Itihasa Ramayana. In this study, it can also be seen in Les Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng, which is a Bali Mula Village with unique characteristics of traditions that are different from other villages. Where deliberation or consensus is applied to the village, especially in the development of tourism, especially in the arrangement and management of a tourist area or tourist attraction. This study uses a research method through direct interviews, data collection and evaluation of the opinions of several people, namely a Bandesa Desa adat and jero Pasek in each district in Bali (East Buleleng). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics, uniqueness and leadership and expenditure of funds compiled by Kelian Banjar and Pekraman Desa Les on spiritual and religious tourism at Pura Bale Agung Desa Les. The results of the study showed that Pura Bale Agung Desa Les, Tejakula is a temple built for a place of worship in general, especially for citizens of the Tejakula Buleleng area. So that Desa Pakraman Les, Tejakula (Buleleng) is given a very large role in managing and organizing matters related to the spiritual tourism area in Pure Bale Agung Les Village.
